Safety at the scene comes first

Medical documentation after the accident

In a future compensation claim, the file should show the link between the accident and the injury. Medical reports, tests, treatment records, receipts and instructions should be kept together.
Insurance handling and legal guidance
Communication with the insurance company should be careful and based on a clear view of the available documents and the full extent of the damage. Accepting an early proposal too quickly may create problems if the injury or financial loss is not yet clear.
